One of the recommended hotels in the Lampung metro city area. The location is strategic, the parking area is very large. Hotel staff service is good, impressive. The room size is more than enough, choose the one with windows. The rooms are quite clean and tidy, the bathroom is also quite good, standard toiletries. Two thumbs up for the breakfast menu provided, delicious and fast in-dining service. Great value for a place to stay in Lampung metro city :)

What impressed me most was the friendliness of the staff. Every time I made eye contact, they always greeted me. My first impression of the room was that it was clean. The bathroom smelled wonderful. I was very impressed. I also received a welcome cake. That was very impressive. The food in the restaurant was delicious but lacked variety. Children over 5 years old are charged Rp 40,000. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps the lighting could be brighter. It felt too dim. Some facilities need updating, but they are still usable. There are no telephones in the rooms, so if you want to ask a question to the receptionist, you have to go up and down the stairs. It's quite an effort. Overall, the service is quite good. Best of luck to Aidia Grande. May it continue to grow.

During my stay at the Aidia Hotel, the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioning was cool, but the position was a bit annoying because it blew directly onto the bed. I was also a bit bothered by the noisy guests staying next to me, who were noisy until midnight. I thought the breakfast was delicious, but it lacked variety. The menu could be further reevaluated. The swimming pool was also out of service due to maintenance, so our kids were quite disappointed not to be able to swim. Maybe next time we stay again, things will change.

Ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this hotel is new but seems neglected. The carpet in the lobby (stairs) smells musty, the bathroom smells, the pillows are torn, the sheets are stained and the towels are very shabby, and when it rains heavily the room leaks. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.
