There were cockroaches in my room so I couldn't sleep when suddenly there were cockroaches in my bed. The food took a long time to refill and the omelette attendant was grumpy because there were so many omelette orders.

The staff are all very friendly, and the location is also very nice. However, sometimes there are still cockroaches in the rooms. I would like to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. However, if I were in Jakarta, this hotel would still be my choice for a place to stay because it's very convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs attention and improvement. There were many baby cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast restaurant was also less than clean, and I even found baby cockroaches on the food display table. The hotel's location is quite strategic, being in the city center, but the surrounding area is uncomfortable due to the presence of street vendors at night, which leads to people hanging out around the mall entrance.

It's pretty good for the price. If you're in the Grogol area again, it might be worth considering. It's just that there was a football match while we were staying, so the people watching the game near the lobby were a bit noisy.

The hotel location is good, but the hotel cleanliness needs to be improved. The bed was dirty, the towel was smelly, the water is so slow and there were a lot of cockroach in the bedroom. I think the hotel management needs to work hard on it.
