My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

Thank God, I'm very satisfied. I got a Junior Suite room at a very affordable price. The facilities are very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly. The security guard provided a lot of information. The receptionist was always smiling and very humble with the children. The food menu is delicious and varied. Very close to Pasaraya Blok M mall, etc. Only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Parking is quite secure, guarded by security. Luckily, we brought a Hiace. Booked 2 rooms. Highly recommended.

Overall, it's good. Close to Blok M, the breakfast is varied and complete, satisfying from appetizers to dessert. The room is a bit vintage but comfortable and bright. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is a bit slow, and the bathroom tissue isn't refilled near the sink. The sink is also a bit clogged.

I stayed there because my child had a concert at GBK. The Ambhara Hotel wasn't too far away and was reasonably priced. So far, the impression was good and pleasant. It was clean enough, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is strategic, being in the city center and close to restaurants and malls.

Overall, it was very comfortable. The AC was cold, so much so that even when it was off, you could still feel the cool breeze from the corridor, so you didn't need to turn it on. It was perfect for me, who can't stand the cold, and my baby, who can't stand the heat. The bathroom was clean, the water heater was good, and the room was complete. The breakfast buffet had a lot to try, and it was delicious. If I get another promo price, I'd love to stay here again.

The distance from the city was easy, the food was varied, but very disappointing. The atmosphere lacked privacy and tranquility because the power outage wasn't promptly fixed, and it was very noisy because there was no rule about guests not disturbing others.
