I booked a deluxe studio room but was given a standard studio and what was worse was that I was transferred to the wrong hotel because I ended up going home at 3 am because they sold the room I booked, meaning it wasn't available. The app blacklisted the Bogor Valey apartment and my Paylater balance was returned.

Dirty room, hot air conditioner, dark, not enough corridor lights, sometimes the elevator doesn't work. Parking pays 25 thousand + every time you enter 4 thousand / hour. The picture really doesn't describe the actual condition.

The apartment unit is good, but it turns out that the neighborhood/residents are not permanent residents but rented daily, often raided by drugs and prostitution. Very terrible, not recommended for families who will stay overnight.

Dirty lifts, transporting goods & people together other facilities are not maintained, swimming pool is dirty, he said from the early days of corona until now it has not been cleaned. Security is annoying because we are not given an access card by the unit owner, so every time we want to go back and forth out of the building we are told to wait for other people to come in and out of the rented unit, the furniture is all broken, the bench is broken, the table is sure to hit collapsed, in this sophisticated era, there is no wifi, the empty aqua gallon pump is also broken. There are no tissues either .

Apartment nya lucu kali, bed nya lebih besar dari ukuran pintu. Jadi pintunya gakbisa dibuka. Respon chat pengelola lama, dibiarin kita menunggu sampe sejam. Jadi kalo mau inap di sini sebaiknya banyak bersabar. Saran buat pengelola tingkatkan pelayanan jangan nunggu customer kesal ntar bilangnya komen jelek mematikan usaha kalian. Tapi ini buat memotivasi biar lebih baik jangan sampai customer setelah saya ikutan menyesal.

For the condition of the room is quite comfortable and clean, AC is cold, the TV can be turned on, hot water for bathing is also available, the stove can be used for cooking. One thing that needs to be noted is that when you want to check-in, you have to contact the contact number listed in the application so you don't get confused.

The swimming pool is really dirty, lots of cigarette butts. Want to go up to the lobby room is dirty, lots of rubbish. The gas is used up for what there is a stove, ant aqua water, the sheets smell.

Strategic location but very noisy 24 hours, the room is not too clean, the walls are peeling here and there, Then asked to check out at 11 noon-do not understand on what basis even though it can be negotiated for check-out according to agrement which is at 12 noon.
