Hotelnya bagus, nyaman, bersih, makanan enak, overall 8,5, cuma sayangnya alat2 Fitness nya udh pada rusak, kalau bisa dipakai bisa 9 ratingnya.

The cleanliness is a huge concern. The non smoking room smells like smoke itself. I could barely sleep. Planned to stay till noon but I left as soon as the sun rose.

+ Staff friendly & ramah, pelayanannya OK bgt. Makanannya jg enak, lokasi strategis, wkt komplain jg mas2nya cpt dtg & cpt bantu, kamar tdr & kamar mandi jg bersih.- ada kecoa kecil-kecil, trs wifinya duh mau nangis rasanya. Semoga bisa lebih baik lg nanti. Agak ga nyaman krna kbetulan di lantai tempat saya nginep ada yg berisik bgt smp teriak2 even itu ud dini hari.

Parking charge 20k per day. Expensive. Room and bathroom very very very small. Never back again.

bedroom was good, bathroom was excellent despite some hidden spots are wet and are not cleaned properly. No towel and sandals prepared. Air con was cool. Everything was good, but how can we sleep when there were 6 mosquitoes in one small room?! There was ventilation hole in bathroom not protected by mosquito net! That is a big problem.
