A great and convenient hotel, facility also above ok, clean and comfort ambiance, helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel staff regret not have a chance for taking any picture inside of the room, same quality from reality and picture display. Near from central culture of Medan such as Maimun Palace and Masjid Raya you can using transport becak with reasonable price. Various of food near the hotel with tasty flavour. Hotel tua tapi kamar luas, bersih, nyaman, hanya saja tidak ada remote ac jadi ac hanya bisa diukuran segitu saja. Akses ditengah kota. Staff semua ramah dan sangat membantu.

This is the worst 4 star hotel I've ever seen, low maintenance, bad meals for breakfast, bad bath room, bad TV programs, etc. Bad for everything!

It could be better. Staying here for 15 nights was almost perfect if they paid more attention to detail. On my last night staying, they forgot to clean up the room entirely, only the bed. The trash they forgot to take away. There was also another day when I got to the hotel, I found the floor mat on the top of my suitcase. Beside those two, everything was nice.
