First, I wanted to order, I asked by phone about the availability of connecting rooms, they said there were and suggested to book a superior room, but after checking in, there were no connecting rooms. Second, because there were no non-smoking rooms available, I had to upgrade to a deluxe room by adding 100 thousand rupiah per room. Third: when I checked in, I got 2 rooms. I asked if the rooms were close together, they said they were close, just a short distance from the elevator, but it turned out to be far away... So be careful if you want to order... you have to make sure first.

New hotel in Lumajang, just three months old. The environment and rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are spacious with a new design.
However, the restaurant area is small, and the breakfast food is not very tasty. There are plenty of choices, but some of the menu items are bland, and the rice cake is limp and watery. The green beans taste like water.

A very cozy and comfortable place to stay. The food is delicious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, since the building is still new, there was some minor window seepage on the 8th floor during heavy rain.
