Kids loved the family activity area so much. Can't beat refillable popcorn and wide screens. Breakfast was great and the pool area was very safe for the kids. One of our kids had an incident (not fatal) and the staff took care of it with great attitude.

Check in process was seamless. Building looks old but well maintained. Seems like they have lot of Japanese guests, lot of Japanese restaurant in the premise. Room was spacious and clean. Thumbs up. It sparks 5 star quality hotel.

I had the most pleasant stay here while I celebrated my Special Birthday with my family. Great service, Friendly Staff, Good ambience, it should be get more than 5 Star Hotel. Thank you for Mr.Andre Pradana as the Duty Manager of Ayana Midplaza Jakarta and also Ms.Arini as the Guest Relation Officer. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Staying here for 3 nights with my family was a great choice. We were greeted warmly from the lobby, and the room was nice and clean. They even had a pillow menu so you could request one. The breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was delicious. The Indonesian menu was different every day. The restaurant staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back at Ayana again.

It was my first time staying at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, and to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations at first—the building looked a bit dated from the outside. But wow, was I in for a surprise! The room turned out to be incredibly cozy, with just the right lighting to make it feel warm and relaxing. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb—my kids couldn’t get enough of it! What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and attentive. For an uptown, 5-star hotel in Jakarta, this level of personalized service is a rare gem. I’m definitely coming back!

A great hotel in the past. Sadly, its glory is well in the past now. Reception staff were great, but sadly other staff aren't up to a 5-stars standard. Hotel condition looks old and weary. It is due for an overhaul.

It's been the umpteenth time I've stayed here and always satisfied with the condition of the hotel & swimming pool. The vibes are very modern hotel in Japan. Xixixixixixi... Then there is also Citiwalk Sudirman next to the mall for shopping..

Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.

A great hotel in the past. Sadly, its glory is well in the past now. Reception staff were great, but sadly other staff aren't up to a 5-stars standard. Hotel condition looks old and weary. It is due for an overhaul.

It's been the umpteenth time I've stayed here and always satisfied with the condition of the hotel & swimming pool. The vibes are very modern hotel in Japan. Xixixixixixi... Then there is also Citiwalk Sudirman next to the mall for shopping..

Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.
