The second experience of staying here was quite disappointing because the size of the room did not meet expectations like the first experience
Even though in the first experience I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the room, especially the size of the room and the room facilities

Book two deluxe rooms with breakfast with connecting door, with price per night above 500 thousand, very disappointing with the condition of both rooms which are old, dirty, bathroom and toilet are not clean, many walls and ceilings have peeling paint, AC in one of the rooms is also not cold at all, smells musty. The breakfast is not recommended at that price, it is not tasty and the food has no taste.

First time arriving, the AC was not cold, the chair was almost broken, and the water in the toilet was dead,
But the staff was alert
When complaining, it was immediately handled
Not comfortable in terms of other hotel guests,
There was a group staying on the same floor and it was so noisy that at dawn they were banging on the door and shouting to call their friends
Making us who were staying unable to sleep anymore..

- Fast ci & co process & all staff are friendly;
- Tq hotel for paying attention to notes;
- Clean white sheets, blankets, pillows without notes. For towels are also white & thick enough, but unfortunately there is a yellow note that has been there for a long time, it seems it won't go away, just suggest not to give it to the customer;
- Ordering food at night is quite delicious;
- Breakfast is quite good for a hotel price like that in Bali
Needs to be improved :
- From ci to co there are no security guards who help with the car parking process in the yard;
- Room cleanliness really needs to be improved, lots of red ants in the room, on the table, on the floor & on the bedside table;
- Cleanliness of the bathroom area floor also really needs to be improved;
- CS should be more thorough in cleaning the bathroom and bathroom, the corners of the floor need to be checked by the supervisor because there is a lot of thick dust / debris / etc. stuck there.
