Very friendly service, clean place, fast response from the staff, I always stay here because it's close to everywhere, but unfortunately the smoking chair on the 3rd floor is broken, if possible replace the chair, don't do that because it's not strong enough, it's risky to sit on it when it arrives, the iron is bent because it's too small and the mattress in room 202 seems to need to be replaced because the springs are already sticking out when lying down, unfortunately the TV can't use Netflix yet and the rest is okay

wifi often disappears especially on the 1st floor, it's terrible, there's no Netflix, to open a movie on YouTube we have to pay first and the only plugs are in the bathroom so if we want to charge our phones in the bathroom... please fix the cable TV and add more plugs in the room area so that we don't have to go to the bathroom if we want to charge, it's also risky because we're afraid of falling and getting wet,,, for the rest, the staff are also very friendly, agile and very helpful

Not bad for a short break from the crowds of the city, the rooms are quite clean. The drawback is that when we checked in, soap and shampoo were not provided. And for the cs hub, it's a bit difficult. So far it's ok with the budget the price is quite cheap.

They gave us room 107 but it was still messy. They admitted that it had not been tidied up, so they changed the room to 110. That room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
