The staff is friendly. The room is still not very clean because the blanket is still dirty. The fan is broken, but the air is already cool. There are mosquitoes. The TV has no picture. The bathroom is okay. Toiletries are provided, including toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo. The hot water is running. There is a swimming pool for a nice view. The only note is that the sheets need to be cleaner and smell better. The blankets could also be replaced because they have cigarette burns, so they have holes in them.

Overall, it's great. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable. Upgrading from a Standard room to a Superior room is very easy, plus you get a discount. Check-in hours are flexible and simplified. Across the street is Cimory, just 50 meters away. The rooms and pool have mountain views. The cold weather is still acceptable because it's not too high up. Cilember Waterfall is about 3 kilometers away and can be reached on foot. One downside that needs to be improved is the very small water tap. It can take up to 20 minutes to fill a small bucket. Thank you.
