Hotel staff very kind and friendly, check-in time flexible, easy access to and from the hotel, there is halte bus under pedestrian bridge in front of the hotel, hotel location super strategic across the Surabaya's biggest shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza, room clean and spacious, not cramped, comfy for Muslims to do daily prayers. Nice experience, definitely will rebook when visit Surabaya again! Many thanks to the helpful and kind staff

The staff was very helpful. Check-in before 2 PM was allowed and there was no deposit, as stated in the app. The room was okay and clean. Since I was just in transit, I went to the TP to walk around and get some snacks. There's a street food stall downstairs, but I didn't try it because I was already full.

I had a pleasant stay at the Bekizaar Hotel. It's a bit smaller, but it's adequate for a single traveler. The room was clean, fragrant, had a full range of toiletries, and had fast Wi-Fi. The only downside was a leaking AC unit. Thank goodness I chose this hotel last minute when visiting Surabaya.

The only downside is the price of the food at the angkringan.. 150 thousand for 2 instant noodles, 4 drinks, 2 nasi kucing (rice cakes) and some satay. It's a bit expensive.. with the seating being less than worth it.. maybe it can be considered for the price..
