Please ask the receptionist to always be on standby in the lobby. The bathroom water is a bit smelly and the toilet is crusty. Hopefully it will be better

Cheap accommodation in the center of Kuta Tourism. Stayed 2 nights, okay for just resting and sleeping. Completeness only soap & shampoo @ 1 pc, Towels are not provided in the room, must be requested at the reception. The receptionist is rarely there. There was one at check-in, then used invisible mode 😅. Best regards to Mr. Esha

Kamar gak sesuai. Dipindahin ke Kuta Sari, kamar belom bisa kepake. Dipindahin lagi ke Matahari Guest House. Dapat kamar kecil banget dengan tempat tidur double. Handle pintu rusak. Handuk bau. Gak ada kaca. Kecewa banget padahal harga lumayan di atas rata-rata.

Throwed to another motel (Matahari Kuta Beach), in another motel the rooms were very smelly, the air conditioner was not cold, the receptionist was not there at night, I wanted to complain that it was very difficult, all cellphone numbers died.
