The receptionist was okay. The security guard was friendly with foreigners, but perhaps because I'm a local, he wasn't. He didn't help open the door with a lot of luggage, but even if I was carrying a lot of luggage, he opened the door for me. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable to rest because it was quiet and peaceful. I forgot my pajamas twice, and I was lied to twice by the staff. If they were indeed lost, it would have been okay to just say so, instead of being told to wait for an answer. I called twice and then told to wait twice. In my experience staying in hotels both abroad and domestically, every time I lost something, I always got a response and it was put away. But this was the first time the hotel staff said they would check and let me know, but it's been over 10 days. And I called twice, not once. I'll just go there once. Although the place is clean and comfortable, the service is not very good.
