The hotel staff is friendly. The owner is also very friendly. I booked a room with one large bed and two small beds. There was no soap, shampoo, or toothpaste in the room. Only two bottles of drinking water were provided. There was no TV. The building is really old. The walls need to be repainted, the cupboards are very fragile, and the toilet is broken.

A must-visit place if you go to Pelabuhan Ratu, there is enough parking, the beach resort facilities are comfortable and convenient.

The hotel room directly faces the ocean and has a villa-like atmosphere. I think it's suitable for families and even community events because one room can accommodate many people. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and the staff are friendly. The management is also very friendly, breakfast is provided free of charge with coffee. Basically, I won't regret staying here, keep up the good work, Bunga Ayu!

While it's a long holiday and school children are on holiday and the children also want to go to the beach in addition to the mountains, they finally decided to go to the Pelabuhan Ratu area. Looking for accommodation, finally chose this place for the following reasons: 1. Location The location is really strategic, located on the edge of the Pelabuhan Ratu-Sukabumi highway and also right on the edge of Pelabuhan Ratu beach, so it's really easy to access. You can also take public transportation but I don't know what color public transportation to take because I'm not a local. Gojek services are already available in the area so it's safe. 2. Price and room There are several types of rooms offered with prices starting from IDR 350 thousand, but I chose the Junta room which can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The price of the Junta room is around IDR 430 thousand including breakfast. The Junta room is located quite close to the beach so the view is really nice. It's just that the room's facilities are really lacking. When I arrived, there was no towel so I had to ask for it, and there was no mineral water and there were no amenities even though for that price there should be even the usual ones. But because the goal was to enjoy the beach, I lost my mind like that. The breakfast menu was just ordinary, there was only fried rice, fried noodles, fried eggs, coffee and tea. But yesterday the fried rice seemed undercooked. 3. Facilities The facilities at the resort are indeed minimal. It's just that it's replaced because it's very close to the beach and easy to access and the beach isn't too crowded, it feels like a private beach. 4. Service The employees are friendly, you don't need to re-register, just mention your name and you'll be checked in and taken to your room and your stuff will be brought. 5. Cleanliness Cleanliness is well maintained at the front office and rooms. It's just that there might be a lot of beach sand in the outdoor area, but that's normal because it's close to the beach. That's the information I can share, hopefully it will be useful for those who want to visit.

I rented a room with 3 beds, spacious room and cold air conditioning, old building but well maintained. Friendly service, free fried rice breakfast. Nice view facing the sea, green with lots of plants, calm and quiet atmosphere, suitable for those looking for relaxation from the crowd. The downside is there is no TV in this room, considering the price we paid around 500 I think there should have been a TV.

The hotel location is good on the beach, there is direct access to the beach, also close to the town square. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the building is quite old, there is damage everywhere, cleanliness is also lacking, especially the bed sheets.

The building has been renovated, clean, running water, good furniture, close to Alfa Mart, keep it up.

1. The toilet has no ventilation, let alone exhaust. Exhaust, musty smell. 2. The toilet can't flush, luckily the helper can fix it. 3. The shower is careless, it's broken using a shower hose. 4. Clothes hanger is too high, careless too. 5. The dirty tub is drained without a lid. 6. The toilet has no water for cleaning. 7. The room doesn't have a small lamp. 8. The room lights are gloomy, the air is musty, there is no ventilation. 9. In general, this hotel is already sunset, needs major renovation, there is a lot of damage and decay here and there, not maintained due to age, it seems like it was good in the 90s. 10. The location is a bit far from the stalls if you want to find food or have breakfast yourself. 11. There is only one positive: there is access to the beach itself, although the beach is not very clean

The location is very good. If maintained, it could be like Santorini Pelabuhan Ratu. There is a separate beach with fine white sand. And the water is clear. The beach is safe for children because it's like there is a barrier to the sea directly. So the waves don't hit the children directly, everyone is happy. But the hotel is old and not maintained. What makes me regret it. The room facilities. The AC. Up to one foot it doesn't work. So I can't rest. Hot. And so on. There are no facilities. Cleanliness is also lacking. Piles of maybe previous guests' remains. Although not dirty. Also. Quite fun. If only the hotel was good. The outside would be amazing.

At the beginning we were very well welcomed and we were allowed to check in early. However, when we were sleeping there was a loud gecko sound that made the atmosphere a bit scary. But the others were okay like the water, the room, the view and others.

The place is more like a resort. With extraordinary views of the sea hills spread out. If you want to go to the beach, just walk. All ok.
