It's really a very comfortable place

The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. The room and bathroom are also clean. The room is spacious, and I booked a junior king room with a balcony. If you want a mountain view, it's best to book directly with the hotel. The heated swimming pool is top-notch.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The service, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. If I had the chance again, I would definitely stay here again with my family.

The location is a bit far from the center of Garut, but the road access is smooth and rarely congested, making it convenient to reach. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, from the staff at the entrance, lobby, swimming pool, and restaurant. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was quick to help. We felt truly welcomed. The room was very comfortable, with complete amenities and exceptional cleanliness. All the furniture was spotless, the mirrors and sink were spotless, and the blankets and pillows were freshly replaced, making it hygienic and fresh. The view from the room overlooking the pool and mountains was also a treat, requiring just a little attention to privacy. The room amenities were very complete, the minibar was well-stocked at reasonable prices, and the 24-hour convenience store made it easy to find anything late at night. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also excellent—there was never a single speck of trash in sight. However, the variety and taste of the food in the restaurant could still be improved. The menu is quite limited, and some of it tasted a bit bland. However, the restaurant's atmosphere is very comfortable and luxurious, with stunning natural views. If the quality of the food were improved, the dining experience would certainly be much more memorable. Overall, this hotel provides a very satisfying stay. Friendly service, excellent cleanliness, complete facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere make this place highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality vacation in Garut.

This is my second time here, the first time at the villa because I was with the kids. This time, I tried the executive room because there were only two of us. The executive room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it's in the first building near the entrance. But unfortunately, the bathroom smelled bad when I first entered. The curtains were moldy, which made it really uncomfortable when I showered. The room is also not soundproof, so sounds from the front hallway and even traffic from the main road can be clearly heard. The restaurant is in the new building, with a direct view of the mountains. The food is quite delicious and has a wide variety.

It's really great, you won't get bored because it's delicious.

Before anyone checks in, please ensure the room is completely clean of trash and other debris. Yesterday, I stayed in room 109, and there was still trash scattered on the floor, and the water heater was very dirty :(
