I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

All the staff at the hotel are very friendly & always ready to help, also very friendly when asked. The bedroom & bathroom are also very clean & comfortable. The hotel area is in the city center and very close to go everywhere. Next to the hotel is also Cambridge Square which contains lots of places to eat & drink. There is also a very complete Brastagi supermarket if you want to buy anything. The breakfast at this hotel is also very delicious & I really like all the food, especially the lupis which is very delicious. If I come to Medan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be somewhat disappointing due to the condition of the facilities. The bathroom in my room looked outdated and a bit rundown, with worn fixtures and tiles that could use a refresh. It also wasnโt as clean as Iโd hoped, with noticeable grime in corners and around the sink. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, making it feel dim and uninviting. While the staff was friendly, the outdated and rundown appearance of the bathroom and hotel areas, combined with the cleanliness and lighting issues, made the stay less comfortable than expected.
