The hotel staff was very friendly. I booked at 2 PM on the day of my stay and my room was ready at Villa Rambutan, which was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

The resort staff is friendly, the resort location is good, 2 and 4 wheel vehicles can easily reach it and most importantly the resort area is child friendly and there are many activities that can be done in the resort area. A great place to vacation with the family.

It's just that the AC in the room is not cold enough for the rambutan type, but the room size is big.. the breakfast food is not that delicious.. but the facilities are really good for children. So there's no need to leave the hotel anymore.

Got the Jati 5 room, honestly the room was cramped, no windows, the ceiling was too low, the room lights were yellow, the AC automatically turned off after a few minutes, I don't know if it was set that way or what, the bathroom wasn't very clean because there was gecko droppings, the breakfast wasn't very varied, but the facilities were really good, the swimming pool etc. were good, the staff were also friendly
