Location is easy to find. Even though the building is old, the inside is neat, clean and smells good. The guards, Mr. Iwan and Mrs. Isah, are good people. Directly in front of the beach. Children can play on the beach many times. In front of the inn there is an Alfamart, so it's really nice. Alhamdulillah, my parents and my children enjoyed staying here.

I stayed at TG12. The kitchenette was full of cockroaches, and the facilities were substandard, lacking maintenance. Luckily, the AC was cool, so I could sleep soundly. The TV was broken and there was no Wi-Fi.

for the location and facilities so far it's good, only the AC in each room is not cold while the Carita area is hot, so we didn't sleep well, plus the water is also slow even though it is helped by the gallon gallons prepared in the bathroom, it only takes a while, and there are no towels provided for that price, at least this facility should be there, next time hopefully it can be improved again in the future

The area around the inn is quite noisy in the middle of the night due to the free flow of people coming and going.
The view is nice, as you exit the inn directly onto the beach.
Some of the furniture could use a better cleaning, as it looks old and hasn't been used for a long time. And if you have guests, please repair any broken items. Towels are also missing, so you have to rent them, which requires additional payment.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The TV is broken, and there's no Wi-Fi. The area is clean thanks to the beach cleaners. The water level is still safe even during high season. Many buildings need renovation, but the rental properties are still quite comfortable.

This is actually the 4th time I have ordered TG 16 condomimium carita on traveloka
but this time I was disappointed because
1. the water was off from the afternoon until 7 am
2. the TV was off

The location is very good because it is directly in front of the beach and clean sand, the downside is that the AC in one of the rooms is not cold, only with a fan, there are lots of ants in the room and bed. The kitchen equipment is quite complete, there is a rice cooker, water dispenser, stove, refrigerator.

The cleanliness is lacking, especially in the bathroom, when after taking a shower the water splashes out and is not very clean so the area around the bathroom is muddy... There is no AC or fan in the living room area so it's hot if you gather there.

The surrounding environment is okay, the staff is okay, even CS when we complain is okay, just because the water for cooking and bathing as a source of life is uncertain, so the bad mood that should be happy becomes chaotic. Please fix the water, it doesn't flow well and the water comes out uncertainly.
