stayed in a deluxe room, the room is like a small house, very close to the road, so in my opinion it lacks privacy hehe. then I didn't get a view. the hot water was stuck from night to morning, told the receptionist and it was fixed, the water was only warm, tending to be cold and not hot, the TV was full of YouTube 👍🏻 the kids liked it, the breakfast was delicious but the variety was limited, children above 5 years old were charged 75 thousand. Friendly staff. thank you for your experience.

So far, the room is comfortable. Unfortunately, there's no telephone, no hangers in the bathroom, and at least a mini-wardrobe. The bathroom should have a window or a hexagonal window for air circulation. It's a shame that the room is nice, but it's stuffy and full of ants. So far, it's okay. If anyone wants to stay in Baturaden, it might be worth a try.

Very friendly service. We found a new room because we didn't want to be on the upper floors. Breakfast wasn't very varied. We got a voucher to enter the hotel.
