so disappointed with the service. we have already booked for 2 room, both room with AC. but when we arrived there, they gave us one room with AC and the other one without AC.

Terrible hospitality or lack thereof. Very unfriendly especially for the Balinese standards that are known for being friendly. Very indifferent to hotel guests. Our breakfast was not available because of the reason the maid came home, we were only offered coffee or tea for breakfast. Leaving luggage is not allowed because there is no guard. Such a pity.

The host was very friendly, but unfortunately the room provided was not in accordance with the order, I checked in at 5 pm because there was a plane delay but until there the room was not ready. The rooms given are not equipped with AC, only fans, I ordered Padalal with AC facilities. There is no breakfast even though the application is listed with Breakfast, when I want to say good-bye check-out also the host is not there. Hopefully the service can be further improved in accordance with what is stated. Success.
