Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by the friendliness of the front desk staff who were alert and professional. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The first impression of the hotel lobby was very positive: spacious, clean, and elegant with a modern feel. I stayed in a Deluxe room with a view of Lampung Bay. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with complete facilities such as cable TV, safe, work desk, and bathroom with hot water and quality toiletries. The soft bed and quiet atmosphere of the room made for optimal rest.
