The room's wifi is very slow, the toilet flush is also clogged, there is no bathroom mat, there are no hotel slippers either, there is no refrigerator even though the facilities listed there is a refrigerator in the room, the bed sheets are yellow, the AC is not cold at all. The AC wasn't cold. The AC was serviced when I checked in. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool in the bathroom. The sink was clogged, and when it drained, it came out of the bathroom drain. There was no doormat. The Wi-Fi password wasn't provided. There were lots of mosquitoes. The sheets looked dirty. I don't know if they weren't washed properly or if they were old sheets that should have been replaced but were still being used. The towels were the same.

There were bed bugs in room 1803 twin.
It's usually never like that.
Hopefully, it'll be better in the future.
I've stayed here countless times.
This time, there were just bed bugs.
The WiFi signal was really weak.

I went around hotels in Surabaya during my assignment, and I stayed here once. A 3-star hotel with only this much food variety? The door to the room is not tight enough. Please fix it immediately to ensure guest privacy.

Deluxe king room, bright and spacious in the photo. When you first enter, the lights are dim, and the room isn't very big. When you first move in, the AC is dead. After it's fixed, it's leaking, and the sink drain is also blocked. There's no elevator, so people carrying two suitcases and two backpacks have to go up to the third floor. When they asked for the room to be cleaned, they only swept and mopped. The towels weren't replaced, and the toilet paper wasn't replaced.

The new room, although the floor has many insulation patches, is still comfortable. Suggestions for the nightly electone event could be held not in the middle near the playground so that it is more comfortable and the sound could be regulated and the time could be later in the afternoon, because most of the guests are families with children so they have to rest at a certain time. Staying here on a weekend was as expected. I stayed in a signature twin room. I deliberately chose a child-friendly hotel, and the playground and pool are definitely recommended if you're bringing kids. The room was also quite clean, and the hot water worked well. It's close to everything, and there's also a convenience store nearby. The only downside is that there are still a few mosquitoes.

The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the cool air conditioning was a real help in the hot weather. Stayed at this hotel for a family event. The location is good. The rooms need renovation. There was an AC leak and there were lots of mosquitoes, but you can ask the staff to spray mosquito repellent. The food is good, and the room rates are very affordable. It's close to a supermarket and a pharmacy.
