The environment is quiet, the room is quite spacious 11 12 is the same as the apartment, the only difference is there is no kitchen in the room. The bathroom is okay, only the water splash marks on the shower glass that need to be cleaned, the rest is safe. I don't know if the water heater is on or not because I don't use it. The TV and refrigerator are working well. Suggestions for those who want to stay overnight, maybe bring or buy disposable pillowcases, not because they are not replaced but because they are quite worn out

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupant. The pillows smelled musty, the mattress was quite dirty, and there were ants too. There was used Aqua water in the fridge? Does that mean it wasn't cleaned? There were used tank tops in the dresser drawers. The bathroom had yellow stains on the floor, and the shower and faucet were crusty. When the water was first released, it smelled bad. I don't know if the room had been unoccupied for a long time or if it hadn't been cleaned. For that price, it feels lacking🙏

Usually I get good rooms, but yesterday I got a room with no lights. I woke up in the morning because the AC was off, so it was hot. But overall, it was still okay.

I was very satisfied with my stay, even though it was only for one day. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the staff were very friendly. It was definitely worth it.

I recently stayed at Cove Equatoria Karawaci, which I booked through an app, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. The first thing I immediately noticed was the cleanliness of the room. The bed linens looked and felt very clean, giving a comfortable and hygienic feel. Furthermore, I really appreciated the soundproofing in the room. The neighborhood is quite quiet, but the soundproofing ensured my rest wasn't disturbed by noise from outside or other rooms. My sleep quality was also excellent thanks to the soft mattress, which was very helpful after a long day of activities. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room worked very well, producing cool air, making the room feel cool and comfortable. Overall, I recommend Cove Equatoria Karawaci for travelers looking for clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodations.

If possible, the staff should be friendlier and smile more. If guests have difficulties, please help them. Thank you. The facilities are okay.

I've never had a room this smelly and dirty in my entire life, it's very different from the reviews listed, the building is fine, but the room is gosh.. there are lots of blood stains on the bed sheet, the walls are super dirty, the chairs are also dirty, even when you first enter the room it smells like rotten eggs / corpses but the cove staff only cover it with air freshener :((( as a result, after only 10 minutes in the room, I couldn't stand it and immediately ran away looking for the nearest hotel

The first time I checked in I was a bit confused because I had to scan and fill it myself, I could choose a floor, the dispenser on the 2nd floor was broken, so I had to go down to the 1st floor to get water, towels arrived in the afternoon, don't expect them to be in the room, there was a bathroom mat, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo were available, the wifi was fast, the AC was great, the hot water was always on, if possible, don't use the yellow pillowcase anymore, it was clean but the color looked different, I asked for a new one and it was immediately scented but the color was still yellow, the staff were friendly, the bathroom was clean, Netflix was active, access to the mall was close so it was easy to find food, when you enter the housing complex, you have to queue and ask for a receipt from the security guard, it's comfortable and calm, overall I like staying here, like if you want to relax, you can definitely come here again, you can also use cooking utensils

Often stay here, this time for 2 nights, the staff is always friendly, asked for soap again on the 2nd day and was given, there was already 1 towel in the room when I asked for it again and was given 2 Wifi had an error but overall it was safe, I could go home in the middle of the night, the AC went to 60-80 degrees but it was cold If there were still rooms this Saturday, I would stay another night because it was so comfortable

The first time I stayed at this branch of Cove, I will definitely come back again, it was very impressive, starting from the friendly receptionist staff and the easy check-in process. Then I got a room on the 2nd floor in the corner with very comfortable conditions. When I first opened the door, I immediately liked the design of the room, it was clean and fragrant. I got amenities, the bed was fragrant, the lights worked, the AC was cold and the TV was smart, all there was Netflix, YTB, VIU, Vidio, etc. All accounts were entered so I could watch them, the only downside was that I had to get water outside the room using a dispenser and disposable cups were provided in each room, and the curtain towels were fragrant and clean. I will definitely come back again next time

It's really worth staying here because it's very comfortable Just yesterday I got a room where the toilet door was broken so it couldn't be closed properly but it could still be closed, I've stayed here before but I got a room that didn't have any minuses at all

The receptionist is really bad, there is no friendliness at all. The room is okay, the receptionist service has no initiative towards the guest. I'm fed up.
