The dirtiest accommodation, full of cockroaches, itchy mattress, no wifi, no refund response. Shit.

It's too bad there are no towels and they weren't given towels.

I really regret and disappointed, in the application description there is nothing, only 3 hours transit, it clearly states check out until 12 noon, even though I need check out until tomorrow morning or afternoon. When we want to check in, we have to contact the admin's WA, let alone I had time to check in and enjoy it even though it was 3 hours, the admin initially responded well but after that we were ignored, please respond to my refund, so I didn't even stay overnight, at that time I looked for another inn that could arrive in the morning. For other customers, think again if you want to book here, don't regret my SPT, the money hasn't been returned, I haven't even enjoyed the inn.

The hotel did not respond to the refund.

The room is not as pictured, no soap, smelly towels. CS is rude and insistent about check-out time, wasting time.

The room does not match the one in the photo. But overall everything is enough for the price offered. There is wifi, there is a stove, a smart TV but the remote doesn't work. No amenities/towels.
