The staff is not friendly, especially the guy. This is the second time I checked in at this hotel. It turns out it's the same, no changes. The bedroom is also dirty with lots of dust, my body itches, the sheets are not clean, the water is also very small, I want to complain, I'm too lazy to see the staff is not friendly, what I'm disappointed again is the parking attendant who is on duty at the hotel who sits in front of the hotel entrance, recently I checked out and was charged for parking. I didn't have 5,000 rupiah, he was forced to pay also with the excuse that the hotel had a motorbike lost at that time, so he asked the person parking at the hotel to pay for a replacement motorbike that was lost while he was on guard. Now, if there is a lost motorbike while he is on guard, the parking attendant should be responsible, along with the hotel owner. Guests who check in or check out should be made comfortable by the parking attendant and the hotel owner. This is why when I was about to check out, I was forced to pay for parking by the parking attendant. When I checked in, I also paid, until I argued with the parking attendant and then the parking attendant easily said, after receiving the deposit from the hotel, I just used that money. Parking attendants like this are rude when I want to check out, it's really bad.

The room is quite okay, the price is also pocket-friendly.

The staff from the receptionist to the security are friendly, the motorbike parking is safe, the gate closes at 11 pm, the atmosphere is calm and it is forbidden to make noise, for this price it is very worth it in my opinion, keep it up.

The location is strategic for transit, but the room is a bit cramped for two people. The room needs some maintenance, and there's also a mini-fridge in the room. There's no premium cable TV, so it's limited to basic channels.

a regular place if you're burnt out, because the room is comfortable for resting, can be darkened & not noisy like other hotels where you can hear guests walking back and forth in the corridor, if you want to watch a movie just cross the street, then on the right and left in front of the gate there are lots of food & snacks, the most comfortable because there is a small refrigerator and cold AC, then a smart TV so you can stay all day without going anywhere, the shower water is fresh & the bathroom is spacious for this price, it's really worth it
