The room is not comfortable to stay in because it is dirty, stuffy too.... There is no soap, no TV broadcasts, it would be a shame to stay in a room that is not fresh like this 😭😭😭

The trash can was dirty, the toilet didn't work (flush and water gun). No toiletries were provided at all. Only towels were provided.
The TV didn't work, it was just a display. All the equipment was old and rusty. Room service was not only unresponsive but also rarely available. I don't know when or where the room photos displayed in the gallery were taken. The swimming pool was also dirty. Disappointing.

The room was damp, the paint was peeling, and the bathroom toilet was always open and filled with water and then noisy, the TV wouldn't turn on, I asked for wifi and was never given the password, I was just told it was quiet because it was far from everywhere.

The water is off and then what's the matter? I'm confused because there's no water. There should be a 24-hour guard so if something happens, they can be contacted immediately.
