Got a standard room, but the app didn't show a picture of the room. There was only one room left, and the worst part was there was no hot water, the floor was sticky and full of ants, and the bed sagged as soon as I sat down. Luckily, I brought a sheet, so I could get through the night. I don't recommend the standard room.

Bathroom amenities were minimal, with no toilet paper or tissue available, and no exhaust fan. The water heater seemed brand new, so it was a disaster. There was only one electrical outlet in the room. Parking was very limited; parking wasn't even allowed in the Nordic area, so the security guard had to find parking somewhere far from the room, which was a real hassle when it rained. I didn't expect access to the resort to be via a former public transportation terminal whose yard had been destroyed.

Access to the location is a bit inconvenient because you have to pass through the Sari Ater west parking lot, and the road is very rocky. If you choose a wooden villa, the bathroom is located outside the room (in the backyard near the pool). The only amenities are a toothbrush and toothpaste. There's no soap or other supplies in the bathroom. For drinks, you'll be provided with two bottles of mineral water and one sachet of ground coffee. The cleanliness is quite good; the sheets, pillowcases, and towels are clean and smell very nice. There's a playground for children, and you can rent horses for a ride. Overall, it's quite comfortable for a short vacation.

Actually, it's the best in terms of service. In my opinion, the breakfast is not very good and there are no other options. For the location and service, it's the best 7-star hotel.

I'm sharing my experience, actually this place is nice and serene. but maybe because the place is old, so the facilities are not repaired or upgraded. in the room area, the wood looks dull and patched, so it's a bit scary. the stairs are also patched up making them not fit the footrest, scary, the feet are in the wrong position so it's dangerous. and coincidentally I got a room with a pool. the private room turned out to be leaking, so the water wasn't filled.. empty for 2 hours. I reported it and it took a while to come.. it turned out it was only patched, instead of me being moved to a more suitable room. even though it was patched, it still wasn't fully filled.. after 2 hours it was still a quarter full. so I don't recommend it to my next friend. let's be enthusiastic for the hotel to improve its facilities according to security and upgrade according to current developments.

I stayed in two wooden villa rooms, the first wooden villa had no water in the private pool, the bathroom was mossy, bamboo. In the second villa, the floor was caved in and only covered with plastic carpet, the water in the small private pool barely came out, the roof tiles were covered in white mold, the stairs were slanted, not worth it by paying 1.2 per night per villa with facilities like that, the sheets were yellow. I asked to move in the end to a room near the reception, even though I had to lose but it was better to be left, there were only local channels, no Wi-Fi, no heat. The only plus was that they gave me check out time until set 1 because we prayed Dhuhur first before going home, the rest was just a simple thank you. A disappointing first experience.

Disappointing Stay Experience – Needs Serious Evaluation from Management I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience staying at this hotel forced me to share it so that it can be considered by other travelers and the hotel management. 1. Very Concerning Sanitation Facilities The most surprising thing was the condition of the toilets in the breakfast area: both toilets were very dirty, even containing human waste (feces) that had not been cleaned for a long time. This clearly reflects the weak standards of cleanliness and operational supervision of the hotel. 2. Cleanliness of the Main Swimming Pool is Not Maintained The main swimming pool was in a murky condition and looked unkempt, full of dirt on its surface. Not only was it uncomfortable, it could also endanger the health of guests. 3. The First Room Was Not Fit for Occupancy Initially I was placed in a room that had a broken toilet and dirty blankets. Fortunately, after complaining about this, I was allowed to move to another room. However, rooms with such conditions should not have been rented at all. 4. Facilities in the Replacement Room were Inadequate Unfortunately, a new room was not the solution either. No Wi-Fi connection available, even though in the hotel promotion, this facility is mentioned as one of the advantages. 5. Water Not Hot In both rooms, the hot water did not work at all. For a hotel that claims to have complete facilities, this is really unacceptable. 6. & 7. Access to the Hotel and Surrounding Roads are Damaged The access road to the hotel is badly damaged and dangerous for small vehicles. In fact, the main entrance to the hotel is also in a damaged and unsuitable condition. This creates a very bad first impression. --- Conclusion This hotel has a lot of potential, but in practice, the service and cleanliness standards are far from expectations. A comprehensive management evaluation is needed, starting from cleanliness, facilities, to infrastructure improvements. I really hope the hotel can respond to this input

Very bad places. Bad rooms, not maintained.

Hotel staff: Very good and fast. Room: Not so well maintained Facilities: Not so interesting, but helped by the swimming pool for children even though the water is cold. Breakfast: On that day all the guests were already at the restaurant before 7 am, and breakfast was only ready around 7.30 am. Hope: Hopefully in the future it will be better and this will be a concern..Tks

1. Complaints were not responded to. 2. Asked for the room to be cleaned from morning, but it was not cleaned until evening. 3. The water heater was not hot. 4. The floor was broken. 5. The pillows outside the room were moldy. 6. Finally I left even though there was still 1 night.

Fast check-in process, comfortable place to rest, there is a pool for soaking.

The water in the private pool often goes out by itself, in the glamping there are no clothes hangers, not even a small wardrobe, so you have to wait a long time because space is limited.
