I was very happy to choose this hotel for my 6-night stay. The room was very clean, the amenities were in perfect working order, and the staff were very friendly and always responded quickly when contacted or asked for assistance. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The security guard, Doni, was very friendly and helpful. He helped the FO set up the room and apologized repeatedly for our complaint about getting a room that didn't match the photo. I had booked a reservation two weeks prior and had confirmed five days prior that we would be checking in late because our flight arrived early in the morning. The room should have been prepared, right? But what we got was a spare room, very small and cramped, we had to walk sideways to get to the bed, and we couldn't even open our suitcases. There was no hairdryer or refrigerator. The reason was that we checked in too late so we didn't get a room like the photo. After complaining and hanging around with the FO and then reporting it to the application's CS, finally at 3:30 am we were given another room and waited for the FO and security to clean it up. Management, please pay attention to the facilities and the distribution of the HK schedule. The hotel is comfortable even though it's small, clean, the AC is cold, the hot water is okay, the soap and shampoo provided are also fragrant. There are 4 soft pillows (rare for a hotel like this). There is a hairdryer and refrigerator. And we were given compensation for being able to check out late (12.45). What is listed is a video of the room we were first given. After moving in, we didn't take any photos, we were too tired.

The staff very friendly, the surrounding environment was good. However, the noise is unbearable. You can hear the sound of the car and motorbike from your room. Other than this, everything was good.

The hotel smells really nice and cool, nice and comfortable, keep it up.

It's a pity there is no restaurant...ssh to order food every night except to go out to eat... at the beginning of entering there are no hotel slippers...ssh for customers who smoke, there is no special room for smoking customers...first experience I have heard and read or I was careless and got fined for smoking in the room...only this time I didn't focus or somehow I don't know how I got fined ..thousands of times I've stayed at hotels and never got fined..because at the beginning I asked for a room that allowed smoking...and was given a room that allowed smoking..so this time I didn't focus enough on what was mentioned in the RCP..because after I signed the RCP telling the barvode to go up automatically I was busy with my phone and forgot to fill out the form...in the end I got fined

It's a pity there is no coffee shop or restaurant or kitchen to order food at night... and there are no rooms where you can smoke...shhh for smokers you have to leave the hotel before you can enjoy a cigarette.. ...when you first enter there are no slippers.. the rooms are pretty clean...

Great place to stay, recommended

The location is in PIK. Since I was planning to explore PIK, the room is big enough for two people, with enough room to store suitcases and other belongings. It uses a QR code to lock the room, and the AC is cool. It's quite comfortable and close to the center of the city.

The location is very strategic and good, easy to access and pizza food is next to the hotel.

I stayed in room 214. The room was nice and spacious, and it was clean. The staff were all friendly. Thank you, Ms. Calista, Mr. Agus, and Mr. Hendra. I'll definitely be a regular when I visit PIK.

With a relatively cheap price and the current event in the PIK area, this hotel is very comfortable.
