D'Shario Hotel Kepanjen

I was surprised that the room was quite spacious for a deluxe twin, but when I tried to turn on the TV, it wouldn't work. The hot water was reliable, the bathroom functioned normally, and the service was friendly.

The place is close to the city, and it is very easy to find because it is on the main road.

Initially it was a mistake, I ordered a deluxe room and was given a regular room, but after I asked for clarification, I got a deluxe room as expected, the room was comfortable, the view was also as shown in the photo, the hot and cold shower also worked and was strong, I really like it. Only the lack of AC was not cold inside, it felt stuffy, for the service it was very ok, the location was also strategic and easy to access, overall thanks D'shario next time I will definitely come back again.

Cleanliness, especially check again from previous guests whose cigarette ash is still scattered on the table. The next one might be better.

For those traveling long distances from the city to Malang Regency or vice versa, we highly recommend staying here. Prices are also varied and affordable.

Clean environment, clean rooms but noise from outside can be heard, all hotel staff are nice and friendly but there is no cafe/food place, but for this price it is good and fits your pocket hehehhehe....

The location is far from the center of Malang, so for vacation purposes in Malang it might need to be considered again. We booked here because almost all hotels in Malang were full (booking 26-28 Jan. 2025). For the size of a hotel in the district, it is good, the room is large plus there is a sofa that can function as an extra bed. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not a problem. The staff are friendly. Only breakfast is not available, but in front of the hotel there is a food stall with friendly prices. Likewise, the water heater is not available, but there is a dispenser in the lobby. The hot water is quite good even though it is not very hot. We booked two rooms, one room has a TV connected to the internet, the other one does not, for us it is not the main issue. Overall, for the spacious room size and affordable price, it is still okay for a family with 2 children, because the father can lie on the sofa. 😅

I apologize, the staff are so good, but when I came to the room, the table was so many dust until many dot of I don't know what, I just clean it by myself. Not a big problem for me, but I hope no one will found that again. The AC was not enough cool when you sleep at the bed, maybe because the wall close the AC circulation. Other than that, was good. Your hotel was so good, silent and comfortable. But ya, maybe you can try be better about the dust on the desk and table, also for the AC too. Thank you.

Pokoknya oke lah, bersih, desain interior ruang kamar bagus, layak untuk singgah keluarga, petugas-nya ramah, baik, profesional.

Sangat rekomen sekli. Bersih, nyaman, AC dingin banget, cuma air panasnya kurang. Tp semuanya sudah cukup memuaskan.

WC duduknya air flash-nya tidak bisa digunakan. Ya, ya bintang 4 lah, lumayan nyaman tempatnya.

Pelayanan staff sudah bagus, tas saya sempat ketinggalan di receptionis, tapi petugas dengan cepat dan sigap membantu mengembalikan tas. Hanya sayangnya saya dapat kamar yang bau asap rokok sangat kuat. Kebersihan area hotel dan kamar mandi perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
