The ambiance of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and friendly. The check-in went very smooth and we got the surprise that we got an upgrade to the junior suite. This suite was excellent. The breakfast had much variety. I really recommend this hotel. This hotel is also a heaven for kids with all the pools and kids things to do. Thank you Eastparc for a pleasure staying.

School holidays are sure to provide a fun experience for the family. Eastparc is one place that has it all! From the friendly staff, to the facilities, the cleanliness, and of course, the rides, there's more than enough to try them all in one day. Everything from toddlers to adults is available. And most are free and unlimited. As for the rooms, don't rush to book an extra bed. They also include an extra bed for children. The restaurant service is also good, but unfortunately, the menu is a bit lacking on the first and second days. But when it comes to taste, it's top-notch. Especially the signature ice cream, which tastes so fresh and fruity.

The hotel doubles as a picnic spot, so you don't have to travel anywhere else to take your kids. Safety in the play area is well-maintained. Unfortunately, there's no seating in the lobby. Welcome drinks are available at a restaurant far from the lobby, and the reception staff didn't provide any information.

Overall, it was very satisfying. This is the second time our family has stayed at Easparc Jogja. However, the additional cost for children's breakfast is quite expensive. The children's breakfast portions are quite small, at most cereal/bread is enough to fill them up😁🙏🏻

Sorry in advance 🙏 this is my first experience at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta, for a 5 star hotel standard this is not really good 🙏 just arrived at the lobby there was no security to greet you, then there were so many people selling there so the hall was almost full of sales stands, and what was sold was not good stuff but stuff that we can find in online stores, for pool towels we have to rent, for food it was just ordinary nothing special 🙏
