This is a real review after staying for the first time. Incidentally, I am a former practitioner and trainer in the world of services in a multinational company with ISO standards. Apart from "premises", the main key in the world of services is "people". Here's the review: 1. Anita (FD): Has talent in the services sector. Good eye contact, natural smile, good greeting, communicative with customers, and alert. Anita has good self-motivation, I see that. Carrying out room sweeping activities. His right brain looks active and energetic. 2. Sisca (FD): Natural smiley and communicative with customers. There is enthusiasm and energy to serve customers. 3. Restaurant area: I had breakfast Tuesday, July 9 2024 at 7 am. There is 1 restaurant officer (restaurant boy) who is always on standby, standing, greeting and helping customers. This is a good gesture and attitude, please maintain it. 4. Then there was an incident where water overflowed from one of the rooms and flooded the corridor. I happened to see the information directly from Anita and YBS. Move quickly to contact 2 male officers. What I applaud are these 2 officers who don't have any grumbling expressions, but are responsive in carrying out recovery. This is a good teamwork attitude. Overall, the value is 8.5/10. There are several minor things that, if improved, will be able to increase the level of customer satisfaction. But I won't review it here. Suggestion: Anita can be promoted to Team Leader because she has the capability. And hopefully the management/owner of Elephant Inn can give them rewards for eating at premium restaurants in Lampung.
