The price doesn't match the amenities. The room is cramped, the AC isn't cold or doesn't work at all, and the water heater isn't hot enough, so showering is a bit chilly.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in.

The junior suite is small, I thought it was big but it was small, the hot water wasn't hot either.

Having toured hotels in Jatinangor, Emaki Hotel is the best. From affordable prices, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, a neat dining room, delicious food, and reasonable prices. If you're in Jatinangor, you'll definitely stay at Emaki.

The location is on the main road, the hotel is not too big but adequate for staying while visiting children studying at Jatinangor campuses, the nearest campus is IKOPIN & IPDN. The position of the room facing the main road is not soundproof if the stay is for work/online meeting purposes, but the room is clean, technicians are ready to help with complaints about the function of the facilities, the wifi is slow, the restaurant menu is quite varied, delicious, standard prices, friendly staff, when "there" the staff in the restaurant are less smiling, maybe they are tired. Thank you for the service that is willing to listen to complaints, & dare to improve. Alhamdulillah, it is better than the previous 3 months when staying here.

We stayed for 1 night at Hotel Emaki Jatinangor, the hotel location is very strategic, all the staff are very friendly, the hotel & room are very clean, the facilities are OK, the hotel design is also OK, it's just a bit disturbed by the sound of vehicles on the highway, it seems the room window glass is not soundproof, and when going to take a shower the bathroom sliding door is a bit heavy & difficult to slide, and there are no towels for bathing, so we have to contact the hotel staff to ask for towels.

There is AC, WiFi, hot water, swimming pool, comfortable, clean, satisfactory service, easy access to anywhere, but the free breakfast is not good

The WiFi is not very good, please improve it, because it is a campus area, it is a bit troublesome if the internet connection is not good.

The location is ok, the atmosphere is nice but the wifi is really slow and the room is not soundproof so you can hear the sound of the machines, you can hear the shower upstairs, the bathroom is hard to close

Regarding the room design, please provide soundproofing or soundproofing for rooms close to the main road, as the noise from the main road can still be very loud, even in the middle of the night.
