The check-in and check-out process is very easy, fast, and no deposit is required. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that Emersia doesn't provide written mirror decorations for anniversary/birthday celebrations like other hotels. Perhaps Emersia could provide written mirror decorations.

The hospitality was excellent. However, many of the room amenities were lacking. The room was dusty in several places, the bathroom exhaust wouldn't work, and the refrigerator didn't work at all. Hopefully, the room quality can be improved.
