Dirty bed, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, salty and sticky and smelly water. Unfriendly staff, shabby place.

The first time I entered the room, I already smelled an unpleasant and stuffy aroma. The sheets and pillowcases don't seem to have been replaced because they look dirty, the toilet is dirty, the walls of the room are also dirty, it's really not suitable for staying overnight and doesn't match what I saw when I wanted to book via the application. Finally my wife and I decided to check out right away and move to another hotel. Really a hotel that is not recommended. Hopefully no more customers will be deceived.

I chose this transit hotel because of very close to airport. I only put down my luggages then leave for business. Hope to be able to sleep for 3 hours before flight. But can't sleep though terribly tired due to mosquitos. Let alone the cockroaches. The bathroom also terrible. I wondering why you recommend this transit accommodation? The far cheaper one even far better than this though a bit far from airport.

Pada akhirnya saya tidak jadi menginap dan mencari hotel lain. Ampun. Sekali-sekali ini aja, jadi pengalaman. Sangat tidak layak untuk berada di aplikasi sekelas aplikasi. Saya memesan dengan terburu-terburu dan salah saya juga tidak membaca review sama sekali, karena cari hotel yang dekat bandara dan melihat foto utamanya saja, dengan harga murah, saya langsung pesan. Ekspektasi saya seperti homestay meskipun murah minimal bisa untuk tidur karena memang tujuannya untuk tidur saja, mau check out subuh-subuh. Kenyataannya jauh sekali. Kotor, kumuh, spooky, sangat tidak layak. Saya tidak menyalahkan hotelnya karena saya akui saya juga salah. Justru saya mau komplain ke aplikasi, alangkah baiknya kalau hotel yang ditampilkan disaring terlebih dahulu dan dicek secara berkala. Minimal dicek melalui review-review yang diberikan. Akhirnya saya tidak jadi menginap dan mencari hotel lain. Ampun, sekali-sekali ini aja, jadi pengalaman. Semoga ke depannya aplikasi bisa berbenah. Dan pihak hotel juga lebih manusiawi dalam menyediakan penginapan. Terima kasih.

Saya pikir dengan review-review buruk sebelumnya mereka mau berbenah dan memperbaiki diri, ternyata tidak, saya menginap di sebuah gudang bukan hotel.

Hotelnya bersih tempat strategis pelayan ramah, kamar mandinya bersih air panasnya lancar tidak ada minusnya keren andai ada sarapan pagi lebih baik lagi. Tapi air panas di sediakan tinggal beli kopi saset di luar.

Walaupun saya sekedar transit beberapa jam saja, tetapi merasakan kenyataan jauh dari yang diiklankan. Room nya kotor, pengab, tidak ada ventilasi, bau tak sedap, penerangan buruk, tempat tidur sudah tua. Banyak nyamuk. Listrik, dipenuhi sambungan kabel di sana sini. Toilet buruk, airnya juga tidak segar, agak lengket. Menurut saya tidak layak untuk masuk dalam jaringan. Saya gak sempat ambil foto, karena ingin cepat-cepat keluar saja.
