I arrived near midnight, but they are still very helpful. The check in and out process was fast and easy. I have a nice sleep, and the staff were friendly when I leave my baggage to take later in the evening.

There was one unfriendly housekeeper. At 8 a.m., she was already making noise cleaning the room. At 10:30 a.m., there was a knock on the door and she insisted on checking out at 12:00.

The hotel is quite good, as it's from Aston. The foyer is carpeted so it's quiet when walking. I think it needs some renovation. When I arrived, there was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

The staff was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the room and AC weren't cool enough, and everything felt sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet smelled of urine, and the towels and sheets were stained. It was a bummer. Tissues weren't provided either.
