The hotel rooms are quite spacious for a 3-star hotel. It's also just a short walk to Oro2 Dowo Market. Perhaps the check-in process needs improvement, so guests can receive their keys promptly at 2:00 PM. They also spray the bedrooms to keep mosquitoes out. Overall, a stay at this hotel is well worth it.

The Gets Hotel's location makes it easy to get around by Grab. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll have to walk a 15-minute walk or take a Grab. The hotel is U-shaped, with the pool facing inward, so the air is cool. The pool is also quite large, allowing for comfortable seating. Breakfast is also quite varied and filling.

The breakfast wasn't just any old thing. I ate three plates of mussels in Padang sauce. It was delicious...

Comfortable and extended there.

I asked for a towel for swimming, they said wait a moment and it would be delivered. After swimming, it wasn't delivered. I asked again and they said the towels were out of stock, they were all being laundered. When I was in the room, I wanted to order instant noodles. I asked what flavors they had, and they told me to wait, but the phone was still connected. I heard the staff chatting with each other and then suddenly the phone was hung up without confirmation. I waited a while and then called again to ask what instant noodles were available, but they kept throwing it around and finally saying that what I wanted wasn't available. It seemed unprofessional, and the guests weren't served well according to what they asked for. When I was about to have breakfast, I was told to stop because they said the seats were full, when in fact I should have said, "Wait a moment, ma'am. I'll find you an available seat because the restaurant is still full." Instead, I was told to go back and the food would be delivered to my room, even though someone had just left and the table was being cleaned. The service was disappointing.

Friendly service, clean room, clean corridors. However, I got a room with a water heater that seemed broken. I had a child with me who needed milk. Luckily, I was making milk right before checking out, so I didn't need to complain.

Highly recommend this hotel because the staff is friendly, the rooms are luxurious, the prices are very friendly, and it is kids friendly.

The downside is that the car parking area is not very comfortable.
