Lokasinya sangat strategis, berada tepat di Jalan Braga yang legendaris, dekat dengan Jalan Asia Afrika, dan dekat dengan Masjid Agung Bandung serta alun-alunnya. Semua bisa dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap, cocok untuk keluarga. Pelayanannya juga ramah. Harganya cukup terjangkau plus dengan sarapan paginya yang walau tidak begitu banyak pilihan, namun cukup memuaskan rasa lapar. Nasi gorengnya enak. 😁

it's a very very great hotel.. strategic location in the middle of Braga street which is not difficult to find food because around the hotel there are many places to eat.. the room is spacious & comfortable (happened to stay in a suite room type) And the staff are friendly and fast response.. will definitely always stay again at this hotel. An old hotel located right in the middle of busy Braga Street. Its location is actually very strategic, as the Braga culinary center is just steps from the hotel lobby. However, the Car-Free Day policy on Saturdays and Sundays means guests have to walk every time they leave or return to the hotel. Likewise, upon check-out, we had to drag our suitcases all the way to the pickup location. This was certainly inconvenient and uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement. The room felt very dirty, with the carpet so dusty that we kept sneezing. The air in the bathroom was very stuffy, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The internet connection was poor; even the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable enough in our room on the 12th floor. The food was so-so, with limited variety and mediocre taste.

This was my first stay at this hotel. The check-in process went well. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cockroach, a stained bed sheet and duvet, and a trash bag from the previous guest. I reported this to reception and was assisted in moving rooms. In the second room, the linens hadn't been changed, meaning they were from the previous guest. I reported this to reception again to request a replacement, as I was too lazy to move. The next day, at breakfast, the restaurant was quite crowded; the larger staff didn't check its capacity. Guests were let in even though it was already full. As a result, we had to stand for quite a while waiting for a seat.

Strategic location, unfortunately the road is closed on weekends... it's quite enjoyable to see the various entertainment options along Braga Street. Bathroom floor and wall cleanliness needs attention. Suggestion: For a hotel in the city center, requests for early breakfast are not permitted.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room and toilet are clean, the soap and shampoo smell good, there is a hairdryer, and most importantly, you can leave the hotel directly to Braga Citywalk. I will definitely stay here again sometime.
