I am a researcher from Japan University. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. I came on Ramadhan months, therefore it's a really perfect location for food and for the place that relates to my research about tsunami. The staff is really helpful. They clean my room every day, and the air conditioner is cold, and you can also shower with hot water. If you have to stay long and are trying to stay near the city town, this hotel absolutely suits you.

The hotel is clean, the AC is really cold, when we entered it was already cold, the TV was on so we didn't get bored in the room, the service was fast and friendly, we were escorted to the room door and there was an elevator and the price was affordable, for breakfast it was close to the hotel.

Only the AC is not cold enough.... I'm confused when I see the Junior Suite and Junior Suite because the prices are different in the application but the rooms are the same. Please update the data/pictures. I took the Junior Suite at a rate of 100 thousand then took the Junior Suite at a rate of 200 thousand (booked 2 rooms) when I arrived it was the same as the Junior Suite which is better to take the Junior Suite with two rooms at the same time. The AC is not cold

The room is okay for that price, the mattress is soft, you can get a bolster too, you get bottled mineral water too and the plus is that there is an electric kettle provided, because I brought a child who is still using a pacifier so it really comes in handy 👍🏻
