Very good. Strategic location, clean.

The photos on the app didn't match the room I got; when I asked, they said it was all over the place. I was expecting a bathtub with a transparent glass window so I could watch TV, but instead, it was just a regular bathroom. The room was below expectations. Luckily, the breakfast was okay. Overall, the experience was okay.

Such a delightful experience to spend the night here in Goodrich Suites.

The hotel was very cozy however the room soundproof need to be improved.

Dont choose flyover view cause in the middle night so much noisy from motorcycle speeding

There was a problem with the bathtub, the water was cloudy, but the staff was very kind and gave us a late checkout so we could enjoy a longer stay while waiting for the bathtub facilities to be ready to use.

It really exceeded expectations. For this price, you get a very spacious room with a sofa. The bathroom is very large and has a heater on the toilet seat. There's a bathtub and a sofa in the toilet. I really didn't expect it. The bed is very spacious. One of the best for this price.

I didn't expect the hotel to be so great. I used it for a wedding beauty shoot, and boom! It exceeded expectations. Two thumbs up.

Good hotel in South Jakarta area and the place is comfortable with the facilities provided. Just note that the room facilities need to be paid more attention to maintenance.

The service needs to be improved for a 5-star hotel, the male receptionist is not very friendly, the towels are thin, it needs to be better for a 5-star hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at Goodrich Suites and I’m very satisfied overall. The service was top-notch and super professional, and they even took care of my special requests without any hassle. That really made my stay more enjoyable. On the other hand, one thing to note is the pool hours. They’re quite limited, which was a bit of a downside since I was hoping to enjoy a peaceful swim or just spend more time there. The pool area itself is nice, but being right by the main road makes it a little noisy with traffic. Still, apart from that, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

IDR very nice and quick to serve, breakfast bit disappointed, beef and chicken sausage, i suspect change the brand, taste not like previous my visit and especially beef bacon not delicious at all an bit chewy…., that made very unpleasant mood at all

Hopefully the swimming pool area is sterile from cigarette smoke, because it is very disturbing.

From the moment I stepped into Goodrich Suites, I was impressed by its chic design and warm ambiance. It felt like a stylish urban escape right in the heart of Jakarta. Ambiance/Facilities: The interior was elegant and modern, with artistic decor throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. However, the towel was so old and thin(maybe they need to change to the new one) The rooftop pool was a beautiful spot to relax, Food: The breakfast buffet was decent with a mix of Indonesian and Western choices. The pastries were a highlight, but I wish there were more fresh fruit options and a better coffee selection. Staff Assistance: The staff not so friendly and put a smile but kinda helpful, so its ok. Check-in was smooth, and they responded to requests promptly. Room service was polite, though it took a bit longer than expected. Highlights: The room’s city view at night was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the boutique feel of the entire hotel — it felt unique and less commercial. Price: For the quality of the room and ambiance, the price was reasonable. However, I expected all amenities to be complete at this price point. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in South Jakarta, close to Kemang and many trendy cafes and restaurants. It’s also not too far from SCBD.
