The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean, the food is also delicious, varied, the yellow rice is really a favorite, all the staff are friendly, if you want to go to Amplaz mall, just cross (via the bridge), the location is strategic, outside the hotel there are lots of street food, just walk, next time when I go back to Indonesia I will stay here again, it turns out 3 nights is not enough 😁. Thank you GRAMM Hotel 🥰

The food is typical of the Ambarrukmo group and delicious. The location is good, but parking is a bit confusing, as access from the parking lot to the hotel is only on the ground floor. The staff are all friendly.

The staff were all very friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the rooms were clean and fragrant. The location is very strategic, very close to Amplaz Mall, just a short walk across. The only downside was that while swimming in the pool, there was quite a bit of black dirt—I don't know if it was algae or what. But overall, it was okay.
