Lokasi hotel strategis banget, hotelnya cukup nyaman dan bagus, lobby luas, bersih, harganya menurut aku terjangkau dan worth it. Pesan kamar superior twin dan ternyata sesuai review yang lain, kasurnya besar-besar, kayaknya queen 2 kasur deh kalau aku enggak salah lihat. Aku kan ber4 sama suami dan anak-anak, jadi cukup nyaman banget tidurnya enggak sempit-sempitan. Dapat voucher makan pula 100rb per kamar, makannya di cafe sebelah hotel. Mantap deh, rekomen banget.

My 2nd time here.. Still have a really really satisfying experience.. The room were super comfortable.. The ac is cool.. Breakfast very delicious.. They got smart tv in the room so I can watch YouTube directly.. I love this hotel!! Will totally come back again when I visit Malang.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is strategically located in downtown Malang, but I wasn't given hotel slippers 🤣. To find hot water, I had to go to the main lobby; it wasn't available on every floor. The room door had a gap underneath, so it wasn't soundproof. The windows weren't sealed, so outside noise wasn't heard.
The food was pretty good, but you have to order outside, specifically to the left of the hotel, as the restaurant in the hotel serves non-halal food.

I stayed in the driver's room and was quite satisfied, but please don't turn off the AC and open the door in the morning, the room will smell of the vehicle running when parked, next time I want to try the main room

Located in the center of Malang, it's close to everything you need. It gets busier in the afternoon, and you'll find restaurants with old-school buildings and designs, and pocket-friendly prices. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and complete amenities, but a small refrigerator is needed for cold drinks.

The staff is friendly, the location is also very strategic, just cross the street and you will immediately arrive at the heritage village of Kajoetangan which is viral on social media. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is hot water, the only downside is that the AC in my room is not cold, I set it to the coldest temperature but it is still hot. It's a hassle.
1. They ask for a 200,000 IDR deposit. Even 4-5-star hotels don't ask for a deposit, let alone cash. If you use QR code, the deposit is refunded 3 days after check-out.
2. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but a 50,000 IDR discount voucher for dining at the restaurant next door. The restaurant only serves non-halal food.
3. The room is very small, with no kettle, tea, or coffee, only bottled water.
The staff are friendly, but the management's service system needs improvement regarding breakfast and the deposit.
