The hotel was great. The amenities is limited, only available for one person, and many of them are provided on demand. No closet or kettle jug provided. The towel is bad and filthy. The bathroom is nice, but the mirror light is broken. The TV is just not okay, limited channels and bad picture. The window is not full and the view is a school. The swimming pool is nice, and kind of private on the roof. The staffs are nice and welcome to help. The breakfast is okay though quite limited choices. There are a lot of pempek stalls surround the hotel. Overall, it's a great experience.

A semi-indoor heated pool with large towels provided. Complaints about the AC not cooling enough were promptly addressed and resolved after adding freon. Breakfast was quite varied and delicious. The rooms were quite spacious, and the TV channel selection was decent. For the price, it was well worth it 👍🏼

I booked through Traveloka and immediately called the hotel to confirm a non-smoking room. They agreed. When I arrived, it turned out to be a smoking room, even though there was a toddler there. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it still smelled of cigarettes.

The location is good, next to Alfa, and at night there are many vendors around the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious. Wi-Fi is quite so-so. Breakfast is quite varied, full at around 8 pm. Motorcycle parking is in the basement, the TV is not a smart TV yet.

There were no tissues in the room. I thought, why isn't there a tissue box? I was afraid they would think I was stealing. Finally, I called CS, I asked why there wasn't a tissue box? The answer was, yes, ma'am, it's true there aren't any, we only provide toilet paper. Isn't it really sad, a deluxe room priced at around 600 doesn't have any tissues in the room. Girls who do makeup need tissues, people who eat also need tissues. The room was clean, water was abundant. I booked + breakfast, but because of urgent business, I checked out at dawn, so I didn't try the breakfast menu. Stayed here because I wanted to watch the Sheila on 7 concert at JIExpo. From the room window you can see Monas and the sunset.

The view from the room looks like Monas😍,, the swimming pool is clean and not cold,, the information is that the water is warm.. It's just that the lowest swimming pool is 120 m,, so if it's for children, parents must accompany them in the pool., although there are floats for sale there... but it doesn't feel safe,, especially for children who can't swim.. The staff are all friendly.. The food is varied, all delicious.. The area around the hotel is full of food vendors and next to it is Alfa.. The first one stayed for 1 night so I added 1 night.. Next time I go to Jakarta, I want to stay here again..

Upon arrival in Jakarta, greeted by heavy rain throughout the capital, G7 Kemayoran Hotel was the perfect place to stay. The friendly service, excellent room service, and comfort were top-notch, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The hotel also offers a wide selection of food and shops if you need to buy anything. It's a highly recommended place to stay in Jakarta.
