The room is dirty. No doormats, no trash cans. No shampoo, only soap and mineral water are provided. The floor was dirty like it had never been swept. The bathroom has dripping water all night. Many mosquitoes. Breakfast was mediocre and worst of all, the pillowcases were yellow, until I had to cover the towels.

Mohon diperhatikan kesehatan dan kenyamanan bersama. 🙏🏽 jujur kalau malam itu belum bayar, saya ga bakalan tinggal juga. Intinya ya berbeda sekali dengan gambar. By the way nilai plusnya ada breakfast🙏🏽👍 dengan harga segitu.

Nggak bersih, tidak di jaga dengan baik. Kasian yang harus menip di sini. The hotel rooms are no cleaned and not maintained. The bed sheets looked old and unwashed, stained and still had glitter on the bed sheets from the previous visitor. Management needs a big wake up call.

Harusnya saya percaya sama review yang ada, tapi tetap nekat check-in, dan seperti diduga pelayanan tidak kompeten, resepsionis ditelepon-ditelepon tidak pernah angkat, untuk fasilitas kamar sudah dijelaskan digambar. Tidak ada sandal kamarnya juga. Saya review biar gak ada lagi yang kecewa seperti saya. Sangat tidak direkomendasi.

Rooms are dirty and smelly. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. The shower water is broken, the water that comes out is small. There is no breakfast service even though buying a package that includes breakfast.

Crazy. With a fairly expensive price, the hotel is like that. The toilet smells rotten everywhere to the point where I can't even eat. The air conditioner is not cold, the bed is dirty, the breakfast is just boiled rice and tempeh.
