It’s a rare occasion for me to be able to sleep that well on the first night of staying in a hotel. I stayed there only for a night and even managed to sleep in.
The room was spacious and overall the cleanliness was great. Only the water from the handheld shower smelled a bit funky at first, but the one attached to the ceiling was working just fine.
The hotel was fully booked that day, so looking for a carpark was understandably a bit of a challenge. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.
The mountain view from my room was definitely one of the highlights from my stay.

During our stay, we received no complaints. In fact, the hotel staff was very responsive to our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was varied and had plenty of options. Guest requests were promptly met. Accessibility was easy, and the hotel was close to the mall. The staff was very friendly. Thank you for your excellent service.

This time the stay was pleasant, I booked a superior room and got an upgrade to an executive room, especially during the holiday season. The room was clean, the bed was enough for a family with 2 children, the hotel location is close to places to eat that are still open during the Eid holiday.

A very memorable and enjoyable family vacation. The location is very strategic. For culinary and educational tours for children, I highly recommend staying at the Grand Mercure because of its strategic location.
Special thanks for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious, but I think it could be improved and more varied, comparable to a 5-star hotel.

Overall this hotel is very good. Only 1, I stayed with my baby, and needed a baby bath, this hotel does not have a baby bath.. but I asked the hotel staff to find a room with a bath tub and I got it.. thank you hotel staff.. all are friendly and kind. Then secondly, when I entered the room, many amenities were incomplete.. I stayed with my wife and baby, there should have been 2 toothbrushes but only 1 was provided, then the shower gel was difficult to get out, it seems the bottle was broken, it means it was not checked, there was only 1 sleeper in the room.. for a 5 star class this should not have happened.. so and hopefully there can be improvements from the hotel.

The room was quite spacious and clean enough. The bathroom toilet leaked, so water always pooled on the floor.
My first unpleasant experience was when I ordered food from outside. I left the order with the front security guard, who asked the office boy to deliver it to my room (my child was there, and I was busy), and I left a 20,000 IDR tip. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, I discovered that the lunch meal hadn't been delivered.
Another time, my child picked up the order from the lobby (where the food was stored). It turned out to be in two separate bags, but only gave me one. I only realized it when I opened it in my room, so I had to go back to the lobby.
