Really really comfortable hotel, I plan to come back to stay here. Everything is perfect, staff, room, breakfast, service, everything deserves a plus point. I went down to lobby in the midnight, around 12.30 AM to ask for pizza to be heated, and the staff immediately helped me. I recommend this hotel for those who want to refresh their brains and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good luck!

When we entered the room, it was a bit dirty. The balcony was also flooded. The balcony view was nice, but unfortunately, our room was blocked by metal bars, so we couldn't enjoy the view.

It seems like a new hotel, so it's relatively clean and has a unique theme. The restaurant chairs are also unique, soft and a bit heavy, like parliament chairs, as my son put it. The breakfast food was delicious. My room overlooked the pool and adjacent rice paddies, but I didn't get a chance to try the pool. Although the water was cool, there were plenty of people swimming at the time. The ambiance is beautiful, like being in Bali. The room is fairly soundproof when the train passes by. Overall, it's nice and satisfying.

Stay here with no plan, just randomly staycation with my husband and randomly choose Grand Miami Hotel. 4 Star Hotel with very good ambience, the room was nice and comfortable. The price is super good deal👍 The pool is great with the view of rice field & train But no bar soap in our room. I think its better if any, it can be use for handwash. Will definitely come back with my family😍
