Greenroom Apartemen Bogor valley

At first I was happy to see the photo of the apartment unit that I was going to rent. especially because it had a small kitchen. I had brought food that I vacuumed so that it would be safe on the trip. eh it turned out that the stove could not be used because there had been a fire. then there were several other complaints. Complaints in the Bogor Valley apartment room A3A10: - the dispenser has no cable so there is no hot water - the stove cannot be turned on - there is no wifi - there is no water heater in the deluxe bathroom - there are 2 AC units but only 1 can be turned on. If both of them are on, the electricity is out - the dining chair has a broken leg - the water in the kitchen sink is clogged so it cannot flow smoothly. someone once threw away an important cigarette butt into the kitchen sink drain.

Okay. It would be even better if hot water for bathing was available in all units. 😁😁 but instead there is plenty of drinking water. Okay.

The furniture are good but not well maintain. Dust, cobwebs, cigarette butts everywhere.

Very bad. The location for room management is difficult, not transparent. Parking is complicated, there is no direct access from the parking lot to the lobby. Dirty room.

Not friendly, no recommendations and not polite to consumers when warning them there are no clear provisions, check in at 20.00, check out at 23.00 because they were reprimanded in a way that was not worn and was not clear.

Awalnya ada keanehan, pas tidur sendiri jam 00.30, TV dalam keadaan nyala biar ada suara, kebangun jam 4 subuh, TV mati sendiri, saya nyalain lagi dan saya tidur lagi, bangun jam 8 pagi, TV mati, pas saya cek di setting-an enggak ada setting timer off, entahlah saya pikir positif aja, mungkin hantunya baik, saya tidur TV-nya dimatiin biar irit listrik enggak ganggu 😅.

The first apartment I stayed in Bogor. The first impression was really good, cheap but not cheap. Because I was alone, a room that big was enough for me. The staff was very friendly even though I checked in at night, the main room and bathroom were very clean, the AC was also cold, there were lots of TV channels. The only minus was 1, the water heater didn't work. Other furniture worked well. Maybe I'll come here again later, I recommend it

- Luas kamar sesuai harga. Matras tempat tidur empuk, per nya terasa ke badan. Selimut kotor, ada bercak-bercak. Sprei warna hitam, kurang hygienis. Lemari pintu kaca kotor, permukaan lemari kecil di kiri kanan tempat tidur kotor.- Kamar tidak bau, lantai bersih, tapi ada sisa sampah dibalik hordeng.- Tempat cuci piring berkerak. Dispenser rusak. Kurang hygienis air minum dari gallon. Lebih baik dari botol yang masih tersegel.- Kamar mandi kecil, tidak bau, tidak ada air panas dan tidak ada gantungan handuk.- Pesan Kamar untuk 2 orang, tetapi handuk cuma 1, minta tambahan handuk lagi tidak bisa. Mungkin yang punya apartment biasa memakai 1 handuk untuk bersama orang lain.

Told to wait a long time in a shop to get the key and check out until I was cold. The lift was broken so only 1 could be used, the lift looked like it was going to break. You got a very small room, the temperature of the AC couldn't be adjusted. A bit scary and uncomfortable. It's better to think carefully about renting an apartment here.
