So there are 2 types of rooms here, ageng and alit. The ageng is big and is on the 2nd floor but the AC is not cold at all. Initially I booked an ageng room, because the AC was not cold, I finally asked to change rooms to alit (on the ground floor). Well, this alit type only has 3 rooms. For griyo kulo, there are 5 rooms in total. For the alit room, there are no windows, but the room and bathroom are clean. The toilet does not have a water spray. The guard is friendly, asking to change rooms because the AC is not cold is allowed. Overall, it is comfortable for those who travel solo for several days and are on a low budget. Oh yes, for water, buy it at alfagift because there are no stalls or minimarkets around the inn. For food, there are more cafes around the hotel

For those looking for budget accommodation, Griya Kulo Syariah is suitable. The location is also in the middle of the city

The location is in the center of Solo city and is quite good, the AC is cold, the bathroom and room are clean.

The room was fairly clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, but the bed was a bit hard, and the toilet lacked a jetted shower (room 78). Overall, it was pretty good for the price of 110,000 Rupiah, thank you.

• Location: city center, strategic close to everywhere. • Staff: friendly and fast response, Griyokulo check-in is at Hotel Keprabon (opposite). To check out, just WhatsApp. • Parking: easy to park for motorbikes, a bit difficult for cars. Just a bit worried that motorbikes are not allowed to be locked with the handlebars, considering there are no guards at Griyokulo. • Facilities: this inn needs to be upgraded, it's a shame the location is good and the price is affordable but the facilities are far from good. I took the Ageng Room type. 1. The bed is hard and has started to sink in one part, now there are beds like inthebox zinns turu etc. which are affordable for upgrading accommodation/boarding houses. 2. Don't use the sheets and pillowcases anymore, they are really shabby 😭 the pillows are already dirty and brownish. The blanket is from the Majapahit era, huh, it has holes and is thin. Please change the bed and throw away the sheets, and check the bed for fleas, our bodies are itchy 🥲 3. The AC is not cold enough, even though this is important. I took this accommodation because I read a review that said the AC was cold. 4. The stairs are not safe, scary and not standard 😭. The Ageng Room type is upstairs, rooms 73 and 74. If you are afraid of heights, it is better to take another room type, but if you really want to take the ageng room type, make sure first by calling the accommodation number because there are 4 room numbers for the ageng room type. 2 lower 2 upper. 5. The toilet has 2 levers but the water is all cold. There is no shower jet toilet, only a shower and the water is not that strong. Luckily the toilet and sink flush water is still strong. The toilet door has to be closed with force, until it makes a loud noise like someone is angry even though they are only closing the toilet door. 6. Because this is a guesthouse-type accommodation, what makes it different from most other guesthouses is that it doesn't have drinking water and a shared kitchen. I looked around for one, but all the doors were closed. There are no minimarts along Jalan Ahmad Dahlan, so please consider adding a water dispenser. I like it here, but it really needs an upgrade. Hopefully, there will be changes.

the location is strategic but I was annoyed that the electricity went out for 2 times, it seems like the token ran out because it made a sound. also the hot water didn't work. so far it's comfortable

There is no staff on the hotel, staffs are on different building (150m apart). I also get room in different hotel (Kebon Ndalem).

The place is comfortable, clean and the staff is also nice. The shape is very similar to a boarding house with an inside bathroom. The environment is quiet and close to places to eat, ATMs, etc. The minus is in the bathroom, the shower only has a handle and the flush doesn't work. Bonus view from room no. 5. I like it here, I'll come back again sometime, hopefully it's been fixed.

The location is strategic in the center of Solo, very close to everywhere, easy to walk. I booked a room for 100 thousand, I did have to walk into the alley and there was a portal gate that was locked from 23.00 - 05.00 in the morning. The downside is that parking is limited and you have to find parking elsewhere. The location is close to various cafes and restaurants, suitable for backpackers to stop by overnight. The room facilities are standard, there is no wardrobe, clothes hangers and shelves to store things. The blankets and towels are thin, no toiletries or drinks are provided. so don't expect much.
