It was a really nice stay here, plus the convenience of the Traveloka app. I even extended my stay for 2 nights because it was so comfortable staying with my family. I checked in late at around 8 pm, but the receptionist was still very friendly and fulfilled all my requests. Thank you. It will be my favorite hotel if I go to Jakarta again, especially since it's close to the airport. Thank you Harris Puri Mansion and thank you also to Traveloka.

This was my first time staying at Harris Suite Puri Mansion with my family. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Overall, the hotel's building quality was good upon first impression. My family and I recently stayed at Harris Puri Mansion, West Jakarta. Overall, this hotel offers good facilities and comfort, but there were a few experiences that I found quite disappointing and which I hope will be used for future improvements. Discrepancies in the breakfast package information on Traveloka When booking through Traveloka, we were told that the room package included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children. However, after payment was completed and the invoice was issued, only 2 adults were listed. This was quite confusing, as it differed from the initial information displayed. Slow meal package upgrade process We requested an additional package (dinner + breakfast for 4 people), but the confirmation process from both Traveloka and the hotel was very slow. We contacted them early in the morning, but only received a response after we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM. At check-in, the receptionist even said that the change couldn't be made because the request was made on the same day. In fact, the late response was actually from the hotel/Traveloka, making it seem like they were deliberately delayed. Swimming pool unusable & minimal information One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its swimming pool facilities. However, it turned out the main pool was unusable. There are alternative pools on the hotel grounds, but they are quite far away. Unfortunately, this information wasn't provided at check-in, so many guests (including us) only found out when they were ready to swim. We only learned about it after asking the security guard directly. As a result, our afternoon swim plans (at 3:00 PM) were canceled, as we only received information around 4:30 PM. Room not as advertised We booked a two-room suite for two adults and two children, but were placed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious, but it didn't come with a bathtub as advertised. This was my first time staying at Harris Suite Puri Mansion with my family. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Overall, the hotel's building quality was good upon first impression. My family and I recently stayed at Harris Puri Mansion, West Jakarta. Overall, this hotel offers good facilities and comfort, but there were a few experiences that I found quite disappointing and which I hope will be used for future improvements. Discrepancies in the breakfast package information on Traveloka When booking through Traveloka, we were told that the room package included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children. However, after payment was completed and the invoice was issued, only 2 adults were listed. This was quite confusing, as it differed from the initial information displayed. Slow meal package upgrade process We requested an additional package (dinner + breakfast for 4 people), but the confirmation process from both Traveloka and the hotel was very slow. We contacted them early in the morning, but only received a response after we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM. At check-in, the receptionist even said that the change couldn't be made because the request was made on the same day. In fact, the late response was actually from the hotel/Traveloka, making it seem like they were deliberately delayed. Swimming pool unusable & minimal information One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its swimming pool facilities. However, it turned out the main pool was unusable. There are alternative pools on the hotel grounds, but they are quite far away. We only learned about it after asking the security guard directly. As a result, our afternoon swim plans (at 3:00 PM) were canceled, as we only received information around 4:30 PM.
