Stayed 3 nights very comfortably here. Entering the Lobby, all staff are friendly & do 3 S: Smile, Greet, Say hello with sincere faces. Simple but this makes it more comfortable. The Lobby area, Restaurant, Elevator, & every corridor of the hotel smells fresh. The check-in process is easy & fast even when we arrived at 13.00 WIB, the room was ready & we could go straight to the room without additional costs. Deluxe Room type facilities that we got: - FREE Welcome snack & drink upon check-in. - Smartlock, Smart TV, & fast WiFi. - Elevator access with a card. - AC works well. - Hot water for showering smoothly. - Available 3 Clothes Hangers, 2 pairs of Sandals, Safe, 4 soft sleeping pillows. - Complete amenities: 2in1 liquid Shampoo Soap, 2pcs Toothbrush & Toothpaste, Roll Tissue, Hairdryer, 2pcs Bath Towels. And also available: Retractable Clothesline that can be used to dry light clothes. - Electric Kettle, & Water Kettle for refilling water from Dispenser, 2 pcs Cups, 2 stirrers, Instant coffee, Tea Bags, Powdered Creamer, White Sugar, & Mouth tissue. - Openable windows, Long sofa, 2 tables and chairs, Mirror for make-up, available many electrical outlets, several shelves and drawers, & temporary luggage storage. - Many spots for photos (Instagram able). - The hallway & Room always smells fresh & clean. - Rooms are cleaned every day & can refill Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Creamer, Tissue every time they run out. - Breakfast is available with a varied & delicious menu for those who book a room including breakfast. The BONUS is available Massage Chairs are also available for guests who stay at this Heef Hotel. This is a plus that not all low budget hotels have. ❤️ Oh yes, the location is close to Pasar Baru ± 5-7 minutes walk (lots of culinary around it). Near Pasar Baru Transjakarta Bus Stop & Juanda Station ± 15-20 minutes walk. It's also close to a minimarket, and you can buy things at the hotel's minimarket right in front of it. Laundry is also available. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Jakarta.

Comfortable, all the staff are nice, but it's a shame I couldn't check in early. I went to the hotel around 12 noon with a lot of luggage and a 3-year-old toddler, but the staff said I couldn't check in until 2 pm according to the hotel's regulations, even though they should have given me some tolerance considering the guest's condition. If there were only two guests without children, it wouldn't have been a problem and another thing is the wifi is really slow, please fix it or increase the mbps.

This is my third stay here because it's easy to find food and hassle-free. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and it's easy to get everywhere.

Thank God.. I found it after almost giving up looking for the closest one from Istiqlal... and strategic location.. clean.. comfortable.. Staff are polite and friendly.. Oh yeah, thank you for the clean and fragrant prayer robe.. a lifesaver because I forgot to bring my top prayer robe.

The exterior is really nice, but the room is too small, not according to the app, and there are lots of mosquitoes and insects, the AC is also not very cold, I think it's enough to just stay there once, then not again, the price is expensive but the hotel room is like that, still inferior to the cheap hotels and the rooms are bigger and cleaner.

I didn't expect to get this 300 thousand rupiah hotel, it was so far from my initial expectation which was "just normal, didn't expect much" but it turned out to be extraordinary (compared to other hotels of course). First, I entered the lobby, it was fragrant, clean, lots of relaxing seating in the surrounding area. The room size was sufficient, the lighting was good, the bed was high and what I liked most was the many pillows and they were thick, unlike the others who got 1 thin pillow. The downside: the AC wasn't cold enough and the shower head needed maintenance, when I was enjoying my shower, the shower head suddenly fell twice, luckily I was quick enough to catch it.

A clean and comfortable hotel, conveniently located. Good and friendly service. A delicious breakfast menu with lots of choices...

This hotel is strategically located, with plenty of food stalls, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I've checked in here several times and the service is excellent.

The room atmosphere is nice, comfortable, even though the room is narrow, the width is only the size of a mattress and the space is only one side and the other side of the mattress is close to the wall, the AC is very cold, the water is strong, the breakfast is also delicious but the menu choices are limited, it's quite good.

Overall okay, just that the Wi-Fi network is a bit slow

Every time my husband returns from work and can't stay home for long, we always stay here. The location is strategic, close to shopping and the office. Overall, we're satisfied.

Overall, it's okay, but the WiFi network needs to be improved. I got room 210 and didn't get any WiFi signal at all.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, only sometimes if the next room uses a large enough audio system, the sound comes in.

The place is nice, can be used for coffee + work, it's good in general.
